Silva Dayan is not merely the President of the World Anti-Aging Association (WAAA). She has become a prominent figure in shaping a culture that values health, aesthetics, and influence. She brings together professionals from various fields—including medicine, science, investment, and design—and is known for her meticulous attention to detail, both in her work and personal presentation: “I always have to look like a million dollars,” she says. “Because I never know how my evening might end.”
In a world where youth is increasingly treated as currency, Silva is building a market where youth is a strategy. She calls her philosophy age management. This is not a war against aging — it’s a proactive design. “Anti-aging isn’t about eternal youth. It’s about control — a clear mind, a resilient body, and long-term vitality. We must learn to anticipate aging, not treat it after the fact,” she explains. She advocates for an emerging approach focused on proactive age management.

Silva’s work with the association extends beyond community building, aiming to support broader systems that integrate science, investment, and clinical practice. She helps facilitate connections between clinicians, biotech experts, scientists, and investors. Known for her precision and high standards, she approaches her work with a clear sense of authority and resilience. “Industries aren’t built by softness. I respect diplomacy, but I have no time for polite failures.” She takes a long-term, international perspective in her strategic planning. Today, she is focusing her efforts on the UAE, drawn by the region’s interest in advanced medical technologies and outcome-driven investment. “The Arab market is one of the most mature and ambitious when it comes to implementing advanced medical technologies. They invest with vision. They value outcomes, not pretty slides.”

She starts her day early with physical activity as part of her wellness routine. For her, being in tune with sport is not about glossy retreats — it’s about control over the body and the mind. “If I don’t manage my energy, someone else will. I choose to be the source, not the consequence.” Her public speaking engagements consistently highlight the importance of managing one’s own energy and health.
She speaks with calm precision and mathematical clarity, always confident in the direction she’s leading her community. “We must create ecosystems where there are no competing interests — because health, longevity, and quality aging belong to everyone. I’m simply removing the walls between them.” She doesn’t promise it will be easy. But she promises it will be worth it. “Anti-aging is not a capsule of immortality. It’s a skill. A system. A strategy. And yes, a highly disciplined and focused lifestyle.” Then she adds: “But tell me, what other approach encourages daily renewal — physically and mentally — with a sense of agency over the aging process?”

Silva is unapologetically open: she’s not a doctor, she’s a businesswoman. And she doesn’t consider that a disadvantage — not even slightly. “I don’t inject fillers. I inject meaning,” she says. She didn’t just learn the language of the body and mind — she learned to detect the pain the industry tends to ignore, and now transforms it into a strategy for growth.

“Anti-aging isn’t about hormones and plasma,” she says. “It’s about body intelligence and emotional discipline. Skin doesn’t age — decisions do. Every day, we either renew ourselves or destroy ourselves. There’s no third option.” You can hear the conviction of a strategist who has built a deeply layered system where mind, body, and investment align.
From the outset, the association encountered some resistance, partly due to the scale and pace of its ambitions. Silva’s approach has often challenged conventional frameworks, prompting both interest and scrutiny.
But it’s precisely there that Silva sees power. “I’ve never lived with the illusion that it would be easy. But I’ve always known what’s right. And when you introduce a new logic into the world, it first meets resistance. Then — imitation.”

She works with medical professionals and researchers who prioritize holistic approaches to healthcare. She then works to connect researchers with investment opportunities to support early-stage medical innovation. “I am a bridge,” she says. “I don’t make discoveries — I give them leverage, platform, power. Without resources, even the most brilliant idea stays trapped in a lab.”

Her strategic focus helps align emerging scientific developments with potential market applications. She is regarded by some scientists as a supportive collaborator, and by investors as someone who helps connect emerging ideas with practical opportunities.
To her, preventive medicine isn’t a buzzword. It’s not branding. It’s a cultural shift — one that must be embraced if society is to remain functional. “Real luxury is living in such a way that you only see doctors at conferences.” She insists that prevention is more than tests and vitamins — it’s a profound reengineering of lifestyle, emotional responses, microbiome balance, sleep, hormonal rhythms, even communication. “Aging begins with fatigue. Fatigue starts with anxiety. And anxiety? It starts with a lack of meaning. We’re not here to treat age. We’re here to treat emptiness.”

Silva promotes professional spaces that value both leadership and personal expression. In her world, ambition is a gift — a way of seeing further than permission allows. “I believe every woman has the right to look younger than her years, live longer than her forecasts, and feel more than her circumstances allow. Time isn’t the enemy. Passivity is. In the future, we won’t ask, ‘How old are you?’ — we’ll ask: ‘What’s your metabolic age — and what’s your life strategy?’”
