Oscar, Emmy ve Golden Globe gibi en popüler ödül törenlerinin yanında Grammyler de kendine güçlü bir yer buluyor. Müzik dünyasının en iyilerinin seçileceği tören, 31 Ocak 2022’de Los Angeles'ta düzenlenecek. The Daily Show'dan tanınan Trevor Noah’nın sunuculuğunu üstleneceği gecede Bad Bunny, Cardi B, BTS, Doja Cat, Billie Eilish ve Dua Lipa gibi isimlerin sahne alması bekleniyor.

Bu sene Yılın Kaydı, Yılın Şarkısı, Yılın Albümü ve En İyi Yeni Sanatçı gibi ana kategoriler için aday gösterilen isimlerin sayısı sekizden ona yükseltmiş durumda. Diğer değişiklikler arasında ise dans müziği kategorisinin En İyi Dans/Elektronik Kayıt olarak yeniden adlandırılması ve En İyi Küresel Müzik Performansı kategorisinin listeye eklenmesi bulunuyor.
